- ช๊อดขั้ว วิเคราะห์ ABS  ฮอนด้า

  ช๊อดขั้ว วิเคราะห์ ABS  ฮอนด้า  จะอยู่ในห้องโดยสารตรงคนขับเหนือหัวเข่าใกล้ที่เปิดฝากระโปรง ขั้วสีฟ้า 2 ช่อง อยู่ติดกับขั้วสีฟ้า 3 ช่อง ต้องบีบตัวล็อคและชักออกมา ให้จั้มสายไฟที่ขั้ววิเคราะห์ปัญหา บิดกุญแจ on นับจังหวะกระพริบที่ไฟ ABS จะได้โค๊ตปัญหาออกมาเพื่อแก้ไข



วิธีลบโค๊ตและดับไฟ ABS
1.ช๊อตขั้ววิเคราะห์ปัญหา(SCS)
2.เหยียบเบรกค้างไว้
3.หมันสวิทช์กุญแจไปในตำแหน่ง ON ไฟABS จะติดแล้วจะดับลงหลังจาก 4 วนาที
4.ภายใน 2-3 วินาที ให้ปล่อยเบรกที่เราเหยียบค้างไว้ ไฟ ABS จะติดขึ้นมา
5.ภายใน 2-3 วินาที หลังจากไฟ ABS ติดขึ้นมาให้เหยียบเบรกค้างไว้ไฟ ABS จะดับลง
6.หลังจากนั้นไฟ ABS จะกระพริบ 2 ครั้ง แล้วจะดับลง แล้วจะกระพริบอีก 2 ครั้ง แล้วจะดับลง
7.ให้ปิดสวิทช์กุญแจไปในตำแหน่ง OFF
8.ถอดสายไ ฟที่ช๊อตขั้ว SCS ออก
9.ทำ การสตาร์ทรถดูไฟ ABS ดับลงหรือไม่ ถ้าไม่ดับลงให้ทำ ทำการตรวจ สอบอุปกรณ์ ABS ว่า OK หรือไม่ถ้า OK แล้วให้ทำใน ตามขึ้นตอนเริ่มต้นใหม่อีกครั้ง

- The HDS grounds the SCS line internally through the DLC. Honda does not want people to use jumper wires or probes because of the connector pins being damaged. Honda SCS line should be pin 9 in the DLC. Improvise.

My EPS worked ramdomly, I did everything, traced wires, measure voltage,etc. In the end, bought a EPS unit in Ebay and was done for the day.

Here is the procedure.

With the car off, and the wheel straight do the following

1. Using a paper clip or backprobes, connect PIN 9 to PIN 4 on the ODBII connector.
2. Turn the steering wheel 45 degrees to the left
3. Turn the ignition switch on (II)
4. The EPS Light will be on for 4 seconds, when it goes out do step 5
5. Turn the steering wheel Straight, and release
6. The EPS Light will turn on in 4 seconds, when it goes out do step 7
7. Turn the steering wheel 45 degrees to the left
8. The EPS Light will be on for 4 seconds, when it goes out do step 9
9. Turn the steering wheel Straight, and release

now the EPS light will blink twice after you relase the wheel, within 4 seconds. then it will blink 5 times.

If the EPS light stays on, you will have to do this process again.
